The Embassy of the United States of America is now accepting an application for its Fully-Funded Year of Exchange Undergraduate Programme. The YEAR Program is fully funded, covering tuition, housing, international travel, medical insurance, and other basic living expenses.The aim of the program is to provide outstanding Russian students, ages 18-20, a unique opportunity to study for one year at U.S. institutions of higher education.The programme also aims to strengthen each participant’s English skills and subject knowledge.

The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is the diplomatic mission of the United States of America in the Russian Federation. The embassy complex is located in the Presnensky District in the city centre of Moscow.

Scholarship Description:

Course Level:  Programme is available to pursue undergraduate degree.
Study Subject: Programme is awarded in the major fields of study, American studies, and a wide range of electives that offer the opportunity to explore new disciplines.
Scholarship Award: The YEAR Program is fully funded, covering tuition, housing, international travel, medical insurance, and other basic living expenses.

Eligibility for the Scholarship:

The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

  • A citizen of the Russian Federation at the time of application and during the selection process.
  • Born on July 20, 1997, and July 1, 2000.
  • Graduated secondary school as of August 2018.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English at the time of application.
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding academic ability.
  • Able to convincingly demonstrate existing and durable ties to Russia and a firm commitment to return to Russia after the completion of the program.
  • Able to display the maturity required to succeed on a year-long international exchange program.
  • Able to begin the program in the United States in July of 2018.
  • Eligible to receive a U.S. J-1 Exchange Visitor non-immigrant category visa.

Danish Government Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students (Denmark)
A number of scholarships are being offered each year by the Danish Ministry of Education to fund highly qualified and motivated international students from outside the EU/EEA who wish to pursue full degree higher education programme at participating Danish Universities. The scholarship can be given as full or partial tuition fee waivers and/or grants towards covering your living costs.

Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is open to outstanding non-EU/EEA students pursuing any MA, MSc and LL.M programmes offered at Leiden University. The scholarships come in the form of the following: €10,000 of the tuition fee, €15,000 of the tuition fee, or total tuition fee minus the home fee.

University of Maastricht High Potential Scholarships (Netherlands)
Maastricht University (UM) offers the UM High Potential Scholarships to talented students from outside the EEA to pursue participating UM master’s programme or graduate programme for professionals offered at the University, except for School of Business and Economics.  The scholarships cover tuition fee, living expenses per month, insurance, and visa costs.

Amsterdam Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Amsterdam Excellence Scholarships (AES) awards scholarships to exceptionally talented students from outside the EU/EEA to pursue eligible Master’s Programmes offered at the University of Amsterdam. The AES is a full scholarship of €25,000 covering tuition and living expenses.

Radboud University Scholarship Programme (Netherlands)
The Radboud Scholarship Programme offers a selected number of talented prospective non-EEA students the opportunity to receive a scholarship to pursue a complete English-taught Master’s degree programme at Radboud University Nijmegen. The scholarship consists of a partial tuition waiver whereby the tuition fee will be waived to the level of an EEA student. In addition, the Radboud Scholarship also covers costs such as for visa, residence permit, health insurance and liability insurance.

Lund University Global Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students (Sweden)
The Lund University Global Scholarship programme is targeted at top academic students who are citizens of countries from outside the EU/EEA (and Switzerland) and who are pursuing a Masters Degree Programme at the University. The scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the tuition fee. Living costs are not covered.

Chalmers IPOET Scholarships (Sweden)
Chalmers will be offering around 50 IPOET scholarships to prospective fee-paying students from outside the EU/EEA who wish to pursue any Masters Degree Programme offered at the University.  The scholarship is a 75% reduction of the tuition fees for 4 semesters (2 year programme).

Uppsala IPK Scholarships (Sweden)
The Uppsala University offers the IPK scholarships to first year applicants from outside the EU/EEA who wish to pursue a Master’s Degree Programme offered at the University. The scholarship covers the tuition fee.

Emile Boutmy Scholarships for International Students (France)
Sciences Po created the Emile Boutmy Scholarships after the founder of Sciences Po in order to attract the very best international students from outside of the European Union who are first time applicants and who have been admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme offered at the University. The scholarships can take different forms ranging from €5,000 to €10,000  for 2 years of postgraduate study or €3,000 to €12,300  for 3 years of undergraduate study.

Cambridge International Scholarships (UK)
The University of Cambridge will offer, via the Cambridge Trusts, the Cambridge International Scholarships to highest ranked international students undertaking PhD studies at the University.  The scholarships pay the University Composition Fee and a maintenance allowance sufficient for a single person.

Applications are invited for Visegrad scholarship program to support the mobility of students and researchers among V4 region, Western Balkan and Eastern Partnership Countries.This scholarship program includes Master’s and Post-Master’s schol­ar­ships to selected schol­ars for peri­ods of 1 or 2 semes­ters. The schol­ars are expected to work on their study/research projects at the host university/institution for the entire schol­ar­ship period.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for Masters and post-Masters (PhD/postdoc) studies/research stays at higher-education institutions in the V4 region as well as in the Western Balkan and Eastern Partnership countries.

  • Eligible applicants (Outgoing/Intra-V4 schemes): Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. Applicants from V4 countries can apply for 1 or 2 semesters at higher-education institutions in V4 countries (Intra-Visegrad scheme), and in Western Balkan and Eastern Partnership countries (Outgoing scheme).
  • The appli­cant must either have com­pleted a Bachelor’s pro­gram or—in spe­cific cases (if the study pro­gram is not divided into dis­tinct Bachelor’s and Master’s study programs)—completed at least 3 years before start­ing the scholarship.
  • The applicant’s home and host uni­ver­sity must be dif­fer­ent, i.e., the pre­vi­ous level of uni­ver­sity stud­ies (last obtained aca­d­e­mic diploma before start­ing the schol­ar­ship) must be com­pleted in a coun­try other than where the appli­cant applies for studies.

Visby Programme Scholarships for PhD and Postdoctoral Research Studies in Sweden, 2018-2019

The Visby Scholarship provides PhD students and postdoctoral researchers with an opportunity to conduct research at Swedish universities within all fields of study. There are about 45 Visby scholarships offered for the academic year 2018-2019.

The aim of the Visby Programme is to support individual mobility, thereby contributing to increased contacts and collaborations between actors in Sweden and countries in the EU Eastern Partnership and Russia.

The Swedish Institute is a public agency with a staff of approximately 140 employees, with offices in Stockholm, Visby and Paris.  Their commitment is to gain knowledge and understanding of different cultures, their people, and to promote Sweden and Swedish issues globally.

Course Level: Scholarship is available for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to conduct research at Swedish universities.

Study Subject(s): Research fields within all academic disciplines are eligible.

Number of Scholarships: About 45 scholarships will be offered.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship is free of tax and amounts to SEK 15,000 per month for PhD students and SEK 18,000 per month for postdoctoral researchers and senior scientists.

Insurance: Scholarship holders and accompanying family members are insured by the Swedish State Group Insurance against illness and accident during the scholarship period.

Scholarship can be taken in Sweden

Eligibility: The programme provides PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from all academic disciplines with an opportunity to conduct research at Swedish universities within all fields of study. Candidates belonging to any of the following categories may apply:

  • PhD student, applying for a part of his/her ongoing PhD studies to be carried out in Sweden (12 months maximum).
  • Postdoctoral researcher, with priority given to holders of a PhD degree from 2013 or later (12 months maximum).
  • Senior scientist – holders of a PhD degree acquired before 2013 (6 months maximum).

There is no age limit.

You cannot be granted a scholarship if you:

  • have already lived in Sweden for two or more years when the scholarship period is due to begin
  • already have a Swedish permanent residence permit
  • have a Swedish work permit and are currently employed in Sweden
  • are applying for a scholarship at PhD level but are not enrolled in ongoing PhD studies outside of Sweden
  • are applying for a scholarship at postdoctoral level, but do not hold a PhD degree
  • have already been awarded three or more scholarships/grants from SI.

Nationality: The Visby Scholarship is open to citizens of the following countries: Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.

How to Apply: The application should be submitted online using the Swedish Institute application portal. Complete all the mandatory fields and attach all required documents. Only submit the application once and wait until you receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Czech Republic Government Scholarships for Foreign Students, 2018-2019

Czech Republic Government offers scholarships for foreign students in the 2018-2019 academic session. University/college students or graduates and PhD candidates (exceptionally also for university researchers/teachers) are eligible to apply for this scholarship. This is awarded to undertake study or research program.

Czech Republic Government offers a number of general and subject-specific funding schemes. The aim of the scholarships is to attract the best and most motivated people to Czech Republic.
The Czech for Foreigners Portal provides an overview and comprehensive information for foreigners who are applying for permanent residence in the Czech Republic or for Czech citizenship and will be taking the Czech Language Exam or Czech Life and Institutions Exam.

Course Level: Scholarships are available university/college students or graduates and PhD candidates (exceptionally also for university researchers/teachers) who wish to accomplish a study or research stay at one of the eligible Czech public institutions of higher education.

Study Subject(s): Scholarships are awarded in all subjects available at the eligible Czech public institutions of higher education.

Scholarship Award:

  • For the academic year 2018/2019, the scholarship amounts to CZK 9,000 per month for those who do not hold a Master’s degree or equivalent and CZK 9,500 per month for holders of a Master’s degree or equivalent. Scholarship-holders are exempted from tuition fees. The scholarship has to be collected in person at the appropriate department of the host university. Students from Albania, Bulgaria, China, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Russia receive their scholarships from the relevant authorities/agencies in their home countries. Inexpensive accommodation at student dormitories is offered as well as the possibility to take meals at student catering facilities. Scholarship-holders reimburse the related board and lodging expenses themselves. The applicants are requested to indicate in their application form whether they wish to obtain lodging at a student dormitory.
  • Medical care for EU/EEA citizens who are properly insured in their home countries is provided in compliance with the European Parliament and Council (EC) Regulation No. 883/2004, as last amended, and its implementing Regulation No. 987/2009, as amended by Regulation No. 465/2012 – detailed information is available on the website of the Health Insurance Bureau. Please note that the expenses for repatriation are not covered by the provisions of the aforementioned European Regulations, and it is, therefore, advisable to obtain an insurance policy to this end. As regards non-EU/EEA citizens, the admitted applicants are required to arrange a medical insurance policy for the period of their stay in the Czech Republic to obtain their (long-term) visas/residence permits. Please consult the consular section of the Czech Embassy in your country to find out about detailed requirements applying to the minimum scope of compulsory insurance policy.

Scholarship can be taken in the Czech Republic

Eligibility:

  • Scholarships of this type are designed for university/college students or graduates and Ph.D. candidates(exceptionally for university researchers/teachers) who wish to undertake study or research visits to one of the Czech public institutions of higher education.
  • The scholarships are not intended for summer language courses; a separate notification of scholarships for participation in the Summer Schools of Slavonic Studies is published at http://www.msmt.cz/eu-and-international-affairs/summer-schools-of-slavonic-studies.

Nationality:  Russia can apply for these Czech Republic government scholarships.

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have their previous degree.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

How to Apply: All applicants should indicate the preferred period of scholarship in their application form. The MEYS reserves the right to change the requested term of scholarship and/or place any applicant onto a course and/or higher education institution different from those indicated in his/her scholarship application form if admission to the course requested by the applicant is not possible.

Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations offer Chevening scholarships for master degree programmes. International applicants are eligible to apply.Chevening offers a unique opportunity for future leaders, influencers, and decision-makers from all over the world to develop professionally and academically, network extensively, experience UK culture, and build lasting positive relationships with the UK.Chevening is the UK government’s international awards scheme aimed at developing global leaders since 1983. Funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations, Chevening offers two types of award – Chevening Scholarships and Chevening Fellowships – the recipients of which are personally selected by British Embassies and High Commissions throughout the world.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry to a postgraduate programme at a UK university. This is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK.

Course Level: The programme provides full or part funding for full-time courses at postgraduate level, normally a one-year Master’s degree at any UK University.

Study Subject(s): Scholarships are provided to study any subject at any UK University.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a Chevening Award you must:

  • Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country
  • Return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your award has ended
  • Have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry onto a postgraduate programme at a UK university. This is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK.
  • Have at least two years’ work experience (this may be up to five years for fellowship programmes, so please refer to your country page for further details)
  • Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by 12 July 2018
  • Meet the Chevening English language requirement by 12 July 2018

You are not eligible for a Chevening Award if you:

  • Hold British or dual British citizenship (unless you are a citizen of a British Overseas Territory or hold BN(O) and are applying from Hong Kong)
  • Are an employee, a former employee, or relative of an employee (since July 2015) of Her Majesty’s Government (including British Embassies/High Commissions, the Department for International Development, the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, Department for International Trade, the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office), the British Council, or a staff member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities. Employees, former employees, or relatives of an employee (since July 2015) of Chevening Partner organisations are eligible to apply, but cannot receive a Chevening/Partner Award from the organisation for which they work, previously worked, or are affiliated with through relatives.
  • (Note: Immediate relatives are defined as parents or step-parents, siblings or step-siblings, children or step-children, spouse, civil partner or unmarried partner (where the couple have been in a relationship akin to marriage or civil partnership for at least two years)
  • Have previously studied in the UK with funding from a UK Government-funded scholarship. College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry onto a postgraduate programme at a UK university. This is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirements: Applicants are free to take tests more than once in order to meet the Chevening English language requirement. Please note that Chevening does not pay for costs associated with English language testing. You are responsible for booking and paying for costs associated with these tests.

Chevening accepts English language tests from five providers:

  • Academic IELTS
  • Pearson PTE Academic
  • TOEFL iBT
  • Cambridge English: Advanced (CEA)
  • Trinity ISE II (B2)

The English language test must be taken from one of these providers on or after 1 October 2015. If you do not already have an existing eligible test certificate, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have booked a test date so that you can obtain the required results.

Applicants are not permitted to take pre-sessional courses to fulfil the Chevening English language requirement. You will be required to take one of the approved English language tests unless you fall into one of the exempt categories.

Applicants are not permitted to enrol on pre-sessional courses to fulfil their university’s English language requirement or any other conditions of a university offer. Any offer from a university with a requirement to undertake a pre-sessional course will be considered conditional.

Applications are invited for National Scholarship Programme for foreign applicants. The scholarship supports study/research/teaching/artistic mobility of foreign students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers, and artists at higher education institutions and research organizations in Slovakia.The National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic (NSP) supports also mobility of students and PhD students studying at Slovak higher education institutions.In 2005, the National Scholarship Programme for the Support of Mobility of University Students, PhD Students, University Teachers, Researchers and Artists was established by the approval of the Government of the Slovak Republic.

Course Level: Scholarship supports study/research/teaching/artistic mobility of foreign students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists at universities and research organisations in Slovakia.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in all subjects offered by the universities and research organisations in Slovakia.

Scholarship Award: The scholarship shall cover scholarship holders’ living costs (accommodation, board, etc.) during their study/research/teaching/artistic stay at higher education institutions, research or non-governmental organisations in Slovakia. Regarding the accommodation and administrative duties related to the entry to the territory of the Slovak Republic, scholarship holders can contact their host institution or they can arrange these issues themselves. In case of applicants from abroad, the NSP does not cover travel costs related to arrival and departure from Slovakia. Changes of the monthly scholarship amount are in force since the call for applications with the application deadline!

  • University student (2nd level of higher education): 350 €
  • PhD student: 580 €
  • University teacher/researcher/artist without PhD degree (or its equivalent) and less than 4 years of experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 580 €
  • University teacher/researcher/artist: with PhD degree (or its equivalent) and less than 10 years of experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 850 €; with PhD degree (or its equivalent) and more than 10 years of experience as a university teacher/researcher/artist: 1 000 €

Scholarship can be taken in the Slovak Republic

Eligibility: The following individuals are eligible applicants for a scholarship in the framework of the NSP:

  • Students, who are university students abroad and will be participating on a study stay in Slovakia within their 2nd level of higher education (or will be participating on a study stay in Slovakia at least during the 7th semester of their higher education, i.e. in case that they are students of a joined study programme – joined 1st and 2nd level of higher education), and who are accepted by a public, private or state university in the Slovak Republic to an academic mobility1 to study in the Slovak Republic;
  • PhD students, whose higher education or research preparation takes place abroad, and who are accepted by a public, private or state university or research organisation eligible to carry out a PhD study programme2 (e.g. Slovak Academy of Sciences) in the Slovak Republic to an academic mobility1 to study/conduct research in the Slovak Republic;
  • Foreign university teachers, researchers or artists, who are invited by an organisation with a valid certificate of competence to carry out research and development seated in the Slovak Republic, and which is not a business organisation3 to a teaching/research/artistic stay in the Slovak Republic.

Nationality: Citizens of the following countries are eligible to apply for a scholarship in the framework of the NSP:  Russian Federation

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Scholarship supports study/research/teaching/artistic mobility of foreign students, PhD students, university teachers, researchers and artists at universities and research organizations in Slovakia.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

How to Apply: Scholarship applications are submitted online. Original hard copy of the Admission/Invitation Letter from a Slovak higher education institution or research organisation can be sent by scholarship applicant’s host institution in Slovakia directly to SAIA in Bratislava (please, note that in this case, the scholarship applicant must have at least a scan of the document, so he/she is able to attach it into the on-line application; otherwise he/she will not be able to submit the application). For the submission of the document the same requirements apply as for other documents submitted as original hard copies. Required documents that must be attached to the scholarship on-line application for a study/research stay in Slovakia in case of foreign university students and PhD students (category A and B):

  • Curriculum Vitae;
  • Cover letter (motivation letter);
  • Copy of a Bachelor/Master diploma, diploma supplement and state examination certificate (if any);
  • List of publications in required form, in case of PhD students;
  • Admission/Invitation Letter from a higher education institution or research organisation in Slovakia – host institution commits to accept the scholarship applicant for a study/research/teaching stay (the exact period of the stay must be stated in the document). The Admission/Invitation Letter must be issued on letter-head paper of the host institution and it must be signed by the person who issued the document. In case of PhD students, the Admission/Invitation Letter should not be just a formal invitation, but it should reflect the interest of the host institution in applicant’s study/research/teaching stay in the framework of the NSP. Period of the scholarship stay stated in the Admission/Invitation Letter must match with the period stated in applicant’s on-line application and on the date of the application deadline, it must not be older than 3 months.
    Required documents that must be attached to the scholarship on-line application for a research/teaching/artistic stay in Slovakia in case of foreign university teachers, researchers and artists:
  • Curriculum Vitae;
  • Detailed teaching and/or research programme (please, state the date of the beginning of your scholarship stay, period of your stay and a detailed timetable of your stay);
  • Copy of a diploma with the highest academic degree achieved;
  • List of publications in required form;
  • Invitation Letter from a higher education institution or research organisation in Slovakia (the exact period of the stay must be stated in the document). The Invitation Letter must be issued on letter-head paper of the host institution and it must be signed by the person who issued the document. Applications are invited for Korean Government Scholarship Program from graduate students of 167 countries. Up to 700 scholarships are available for masters and PhD degree programmes.The Korean Government Scholarship Program is designed to provide higher education in Korea for international students with the aim of promoting international exchange in education, as well as mutual friendship amongst the participating countries.GKS (Global Korea Scholarship) Program is a scholarship program that paid by the Government of the Republic of Korea for foreign nationals in the Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Education organized, responsible for the project implementation agency directly under the Ministry of Education National Institute for International Education.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Applicants with certified scores on their proficiency in Korean or in English might be given preference. Some examples include the following: – Proficiency in Korean: TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) – Proficiency in English: TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS Academic.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate program at Participating Universities in Korea.

  • Airfare:  Entry to Korea: an economy class flight ticket to Korea, Return flight: an economy class flight ticket from Korea to KGSP grantee’s home country, The airfare for entry will NOT be provided to scholars who have resided in Korea from the time of applying and on, The return flight is available only for the KGSP grantees who successfully complete their degree coursework,  The return flight is NOT offered for those who withdraw from the scholarship,  Any fees incurred in the domestic travel within a KGSP grantee’s home country are NOT covered, International travel insurance is NOT covered, The flight tickets for the Chinese and Czech KGSP grantees will be prepared and provided by the Chinese and the Czech governments, according to the agreements with the Korean government.

Scholarship can be taken in Korea

Eligibility: Eligibility criteria is:

  • Both an applicant and his/her parents must be citizens of their country of origin.
  • Applicants should not hold Korean citizenship.
  • Applicants should have adequate health, both mentally and physically, to stay in a foreign country for a long time.
  • Should be under 25 years of age at the date of entrance. (Undergraduate)
  • Should be under 40 years of age at the date of entrance. (Graduate)
  • Have finished or be scheduled to finish formal education of all elementary, middle, high school courses by the date of arrival. (Undergraduate)
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree by the date of arrival. (Graduate)
  • Applicants who have previously enrolled in a university in Korea are not eligible to apply to the KGSP program. Specifically, an applicant who has previously enrolled in any undergraduate program, master’s program, or doctoral program in Korea cannot apply for this program.
  • However, a KGSP scholar who has graduated can apply for this program again only via the embassy and only if he/she holds a TOPIK score of at least Level 4 and obtains another recommendation from the Korean Embassy of his/her respective country of origin (re-application is limited to one instance).
  • Possess a grade point average (G.P.A.) above 80% from the last educational institution attended.

Scholarships for International Students at University of Porto in Portugal, 2017

The MOBILE+3 project supports 144 scholarships for pursuing undergraduate, master and doctoral programme. In order to be eligible for an Erasmus + scholarship under this project, students must be a student/staff from the institution which is a part of the project’s Consortium.The MOBILE+3 project, coordinated by the University of Porto in the framework of the European Programme Erasmus + – Key Action 1 International Credit Mobility, is aimed at student mobility at various levels as well as academic and administrative staff, in both directions, IN and OUT, and includes institutions from more than 14 countries from outside Europe.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing undergraduate, master and doctoral programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Scholarship Award: The MOBILE+3 project provides the following financial support to the grant holders:

  • Monthly allowance (the amount per month will depend on the Mobility’s direction);
  • Round trip plane ticket between the grant holder’s home city and the host country;
  • Health, accident and travel insurance valid during the entire mobility period

Number of Scholarship: The MOBILE+3 project supports 144 scholarships.

Scholarship can be taken in Portugal

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • In order to be eligible for an Erasmus + scholarship under this project, you must be a student/staff from the institution which are a part of the project’s Consortium.
  • The MOBILE+3 project offers grants for exchange mobility. As so, all the students must be registered in a HEI and enrolled in studies leading to a recognized degree or another recognized tertiary level qualification.
  • For Undergraduate studies: Students must be enrolled at least in the second year of higher education studies in order to be eligible to undertake an exchange period abroad.
  • For Master studies: Students must have completed at least one semester at the home institution before undertaking an exchange period.
  • For Doctorate studies: Students must have completed at least one year of studies and have already a research project.
  • For academic and administrative staff: Must work (full-time) at a partner institution of the project in order to be eligible to apply for a grant.

All applicants must receive the formal support of their home institution, through the issuing of a support letter (this documents is mandatory at the application stage). Erasmus+ enables students to study or train abroad more than once as Erasmus+ students as long as the minimum duration for each activity and a total maximum of 12 months per study cycle is respected.

Nationality: Students from Partner Institutions of Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Egypt, Georgia, Morocco, Russian Federation, Serbia, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine, United States and Uzbekistan.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have previous degree.

Test Requirement: No

English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

How to Apply: To fill in the Application Form, the following steps must be considered:

  • The applicants should have a valid e-mail address and an internet connection.
  • As a way to access the form, the applicants should create a new login in the “Apply” section, selecting the type of scholarship they want to apply to (ex: undergraduate exchange).
  • The form will open with a set of questions regarding general eligibility criteria;
  • The applicants must answer truthfully to all questions so as to ensure the fulfilment to all general eligibility criteria. In case one eligibility criteria is not fulfilled, the system will immediately inform the applicant through the following message: “Please verify the eligibility criteria.”
  • The applicants should then fill in the online Application Form available on the project’s website. The system will save a draft of the application every time the “Save” button is pressed, allowing it to be revised, edited and completed.
  • The applicants should carefully prepare and revise the application before pressing the “Submit” button. After selecting the “Submit” button, it is not possible to make any additional change to the already submitted proposal. Accordingly, if you would like to make any valid changes, you must create a new register and fill in another application form.
